Please ensure that your ticket is for the applicable event before attempting to submit the registration request again.
2.Unclear image.
If the ticket image is not clearly legible, an error may occur. Please retake the image and try uploading it again, ensuring that the text and details are readable.
3.Ticket has already had a registration request approved.
Please make sure the ticket for which you are submitting the registration request has not already been approved. If you purchased through resale or for other inquiries, please contact us separately.
4.Already approved.
Another registration request for this ticket has already been approved. Only one registration is allowed per event per account.
5.If the image is not in JPEG or PNG format and within 10MB:
The image must be in JPEG or PNG format and within 10MB.
